Terms and conditions


Each training session consists of one hour, booked in advance, at a time agreed by both the client and the trainer. The minimum booking time is one hour although double sessions can be booked too.


Payment


A signed, dated receipt of each course is given to the client on the day that the course is purchased. Each course must be paid for, in full, in cleared funds, by the day that the trainer commences work on that course. Each course is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt of payment and contract signature.


Payment for the course is non-refundable. It is the clients' responsibility to use the course up within the 6 month period.


Cancellation policy


If you need to cancel a pre-booked session, you must give a minimum of 24 hours notice in writing, either by text or e-mail. Any sessions that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from the course.


Punctuality


It's important that you're ready to start each training session at the agreed time. In the unlikely event that a session is delayed because the trainer is late, he is obliged to make up any lost time at the client's earliest possible convenience. If the client is responsible for delaying a session, the trainer is under no obligation to make up that lost time.
