A great present for friends and family

"He is worth every penny.
He knows his job.
He loves his job.
He gets results.
That’s
what he does."

In association with
I train clients at home, outside or at the superb Riptide Gym. A friendly and comfortable place to work out, right on the beach, in central Brighton.
My Training and Experience:
I trained for my qualifications with Premier Training International based at the
David Lloyd gym in Brighton Marina between 2000 and 2001. On completion of my training
I began work immediately, primarily as a Fitness Instructor at Brighton's most
famous
five star hotel, The Grand.
Members were very quick to notice my attention to detail
and were impressed by my willingness to advise people, from technique, to nutrition,
to new ways and methods of getting the most out of their workouts and before long
I had my first client booked.
I soon realised that the best advertising by far is
recommendation by word of mouth and as a result of this, within a very short time
I had enough clients to start my own independent business so I set up my Personal
Training company and based it at The Grand Hotel's Leisure Club.
I was asked by RDF
Media Productions to be in one of their episodes of the award winning 'Faking It'
documentary on Channel 4. For the six weeks of filming I was hired as the Personal
Trainer to the star of the TV program. It didn't make me famous but it was a brilliant
experience to be a part of.
I ran my company at The Grand for two years before expanding
to London where I not only continued to be a Personal Trainer to clients based in
Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge and Mayfair but I also worked in sales and marketing
for The Holmes Place Health & Fitness Clubs group one of the most prestigious fitness
club chains across London, The United Kingdom and abroad. I was based at the Holmes
Place Club in Fulham which at some 72,000 sq ft, is one of the Capital's largest
and busiest gyms.
